This Place is 7 km from white town and 1 km from Ariyankuppam.It is present on Pondicherry to Cuddalore Road, and this is a gated place with spacious bike and car parking. There is a ticket counter for parking, entry, and cameras. The timings are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Buses, Autos, and cabs are available to reach here.

You have a buffet restaurant, gelato factory, café shop, fancy shop, and games like a fun ride for kids, clear all glasses, gun shooting. Then comes the ticket counter for boating, where you can find group boats, speed boats, and kayaking
The boats take you on a calm ride into nature with coconut trees and bushes around. You can see the bridge on one side and people fishing on the other. There is also a Mantra houseboat for boat stays, and now it is temporary not in use. Also, you cross some restaurants and resorts and watch some fish jumping and playing. When you are near paradise island, you can see the view of Eden beach on the left and Sandunes beach on the right.
